The Chinese company Unitree Robotics has developed the Unitree Go1 robot. His cost starts at $ 2700, while similar to the robot Spot from Boston Dynamics costs $ 74.5 thousand.
Unlike the Spot, which is supposed to be used for commercial purposes, for example at construction sites, the Go1 is intended for domestic use, it copes with such tasks as following the owner, carrying small objects on itself. Go1 weighs approximately 12 kg and is controlled via a special application, the maximum speed is 17 km / h, the battery life is not disclosed. Currently for three versions of the robot available for pre-order: Go1 ($ 3500), Go1 Air ($ 2700), and Go1 Edu ($ 8500).
